UK Adds to Russia, Iran Sanctions Regimes
The U.K. on Sept. 10 added three entries to its Russian sanctions regime and seven people and entities to its Iran sanctions list, the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation announced in a pair of notices.

Under the Russia list, OFSI sanctioned the 924th State Center for Unmanned Aviation, Command of the Military Transport Aviation and the Russian Aerospace Forces. All three were listed for operating in the Russian defense sector and undermining the sovereignty of Ukraine.
OFSI added three people and four entities to the Iran sanctions regime. The individuals are Seyed Hamzeh Ghalandari and Ali Jafarabadi, who both worked as directors in Iranian defense firms, and Majid Mousavi, who was listed for planning attacks on Israel. The entities are UAV parts makers Baharestan Kish Co. and Saad Sazeh Faraz Sharif, and defense firms Chekad Sanat Faraz Asia and the Anzali Free Trade Industrial Zone Organisation.
