Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
China Custom Manufacturing Inc. and Greentec Engineering LLC, challenging a Dec. 6 CIT decision that sustained the Commerce Department's final scope determination, which found that certain solar roof mountings don't qualify for the finished merchandise exclusion and are thus subject to the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on aluminum extrusions from China. #22-1345.
