Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
Trinity Manufacturing, Inc., Ashta Chemicals, Inc. and Niklor Chemical Company, Inc., challenging a Nov. 8 CIT decision that held that the Commerce Department didn't abuse its discretion when it denied U.S. chloropicrin producers' bid to retroactively extend a filing deadline. #22-1329.
