JA Solar International Limited and JA Solar USA Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan covering entries in 2019-20. #21-00514. Filed Sept. 15.
Cummins Inc. and Cummins Turbo Technologies Limited, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its compressor (turbine) housings of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8414.90.4165 qualify for Section 301 product exclusions under either secondary subheading 9903.88.14 or 9903.88.06. #21-00517. Esquel Apparel Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming that its shirt entries were wrongfully excluded from entry due to forced labor concerns. #21-00518. Filed Sept. 16.
LG Electronics USA, Inc. and LG Electronics, Inc., challenging the International Trade Commission's decision to not fully grant the application for access to proprietary information under administrative protective order filed by counsel for LGE and LGEUS in the ITC's safeguard investigation into crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from China. #21-00520. Filed Sept. 17.
List Industries, Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of certain metal lockers and parts thereof from China. #21-00521. Filed Sept. 17.
