Mannington Mills, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its vinyl floor tiles of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 3918.10.1000 qualify for Section 301 tariff exclusions under secondary subheading 9903.88.46. #21-00383. Filed Aug. 6.
Fuji Manufacturing USA, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its aluminum plates should be classified under HTS subheading 3701.30.0000 and qualify for Section 232 steel and aluminum tariff exclusions. #21-00384. Filed Aug. 6.
