The three most important things in warfare are logistics, logistics, and logistics. In addition to figuring out what to send and knowing what we are sending (!!!!), we must move away from “Just in Time” and towards “Just in Case” logistics. The Navy is not Walmart: Lives and our Nation’s security are at stake - and Target does not blow up Walmart’s trucks, warehouses, and stores.
