Very happy to announce the delisting of our client, Angel Rondon Rijo, from the Annex of E.O. 13818 (Global Magnitsky program). We were able to secure delisting by following the administrative delisting procedure set out at 31 C.F.R. § 501.807. While meeting that regulations' stringent requirements is not always easy, it is possible and can lead to successful results such as the one our client has experienced today. https://lnkd.in/eeHAR8cm
