Following the fall of the Assad regime in December, the Caeser Syria Civilian Protection Act should no longer remain in place, Wilson said. The bill, which has seven Democratic and Republican co-sponsors, was referred to the House Foreign Affairs, Judiciary and Financial Services committees.
