  • CPSC documents are now available in the ACE portal, as of June 11. Organizational Broker and Filer account views will now see a “PGA Documents” button in the upper right portion of the account header, giving those users access to any available CPSC-sent forms (here).
  • Due to CBP’s update to accommodate up to 32 Harmonized Tariff Schedule codes per entry line, deployed June 28 (see 2506250041), the line numbering format sent to the FDA (and all partner government agencies) has been modified, resulting in a display change in the FDA’s Import Trade Auxiliary Communications Systems (ITACS) and on the Notice of FDA Action (here).
  • CBP affirmed that it will deploy the third and final release of the Section 321 – Does Not Exceed $800 in Aggregated Shipments enhancement in the ACE Production environment on Aug. 12. The agency said the release was successfully deployed to the ACE certification environment on June 26 (see 2506230046). Following this release, ACE will withhold the release of de minimis shipments that are ineligible for clearance because the $800 per person/per day threshold has been met, CBP said (here).
