US Consolidated Screening List Experiencing Problems, Commerce Says
The Consolidated Screening List -- the comprehensive list of entities and people subject to U.S. export controls and other trade restrictions -- has recently been experiencing issues and isn't up to date, the Commerce Department said in a notice on its website last week. While the list's search engine still works, "it has not been updating consistently from the source files since April 21, 2025."

Entries that were added to U.S. restricted party lists before April 21 "will be reflected in searches," but others may not be, Commerce said. Users should search the individual lists -- such as Commerce's Entity List, the State Department's debarred list, and the Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List -- to find "entries or companies added to the lists or updated since April 21, 2025."
Commerce added that the Consolidated Screening List's "downloadable files" are "still functional and reflect any updates made to any of the lists covered in the CSL."
The agency is "working to resolve this issue as soon as possible."
