Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.
- NCSD May 2025 Webinars: The National Commodity Specialist Division, Office of Trade, is preparing to present the next round of approximately 30+ commodity-specific, educational webinars to support our internal and external stakeholders. This year's theme is Balancing Fair Trade. The series runs March through September, with one-hour sessions that begin at 1:30 p.m. ET. Registration for the May webinars -- scheduled for May 14, 21, 22 and 28 -- is now open (here).
- The FDA will be end-dating a Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) product code and a number of New Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) and Human Foods Program (HFP) product codes in 30 days, i.e., on May 16 (here).
