Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.
- Due to increased trade participation in the ACE Electronic Export Manifest pilot, CBP is extending the deadline for use of the Document Image System as a method to submit the CBP Form 1302A Cargo Declaration. The new deadline is Oct.1. Also, effective April 1, there are updated requirements for DIS submission of CBP Form 1302A Cargo Declaration (here).
- CBP has successfully completed a software upgrade for ACE Reports. The system is now available with the most up-to-date information, as of April 1 at 1:24 p.m. EDT (here).
