Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
Wego International Floors LLC, Galleher Corp. and Galleher, LLC, appealing a September CIT decision sustaining the Commerce Department's use of a simple average of the mandatory respondents' rates to determine the separate rate in the 2016-17 review of the antidumping duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China.
