Chapel Hill. On Feb. 5, the court will sit at Duke University School of Law in Durham, and on Feb. 6, the court will sit at North Carolina Central University School of Law, Durham. The court said the effort is part of its "nationwide jurisdiction and statutory requirement" to provide "reasonable opportunities to citizens to appear before the court." The case list for each sitting hasn't been released.
