Liquidation Suspended for Ammunition From Industrias Tecnos
The U.S. has filed a rapid response labor mechanism complaint against Industrias Tecnos in Cuernavaca, Morelos, and has asked CBP to suspend liquidation on the ammunition made at the plant.

Sindicato Metálico filed a petition that the incumbent union discouraged workers from joining the independent union, and that workers were fired for engaging in union activity. Labor Department Deputy Undersecretary for International Labor Affairs Thea Lee said, "Our investigation into Industrias Tecnos revealed evidence of interference in worker organizing efforts and retaliation against workers for their union activity," which is against Mexican law and the USMCA labor chapter commitments.
