Sayari pointed to the February launch of the joint Commerce Department-DOJ Disruptive Technology Strike Force (see 2302160019); the first-ever tri-seal compliance note issued by Commerce, DOJ and the Treasury Department in March (see 2303020054); and the joint alerts recently issued by Commerce and Treasury that outlined red flags for Russian sanctions and export control evasion (see 2311060055).
