UK Corrects Entries Under Iran, Russia Sanctions Lists
The U.K. corrected one entry under its Iran (Human Rights) sanctions regime, in a July 7 notice. The entry for Moslem Moein, head of the Basij Cyberspace Headquarters, was updated to change his birth year from 1885 to 1985.

In a separate notice, the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation amended the entry for Dmitrii Vladimirovich Ovsyannikov. The entry was changed to say that Ovsyannikov was sanctioned for obtaining a benefit from the Russian government by working for the government as a regional governor for Sevastopol and as a Russian ministry deputy minister. It also updated the English spelling of his first name and added several aliases with spelling variations on the main one.
