State Dept. Approves Military Sales to Lithuania, Oman
The State Department approved potential military sales to Lithuania and Oman, worth about $880 million combined, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency said Nov. 9.

The $495 million sale to Lithuania is for “M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) Launchers” and related equipment. The principal contractor will be Lockheed Martin.
Oman will receive about $385 million worth of “Joint Stand Off Weapons” and related equipment. The principal contractor will be Raytheon Missiles and Defense Company.
