Capital Goods authorization or all supplies made before April 1, 2015. For the purposes of discharge of export obligation under the EPCG, exporters can submit corroborative evidence in place of the Bill of Export such as an ARE-I form, evidence of receipt of the supplies by the recipient in the SEZ, and evidence of payment made by the SEZ unit to the EPCG authorization holder.
