Also banned are Foreign Affairs Secretary Elizabeth Truss; Defense Secretary Ben Wallace; Transport Secretary Grant Shapps; Home Secretary Priti Patel; Finance Minister Rishi Sunak; Business Secretary Kwasi Kwarteng; Nadine Dorries, secretary for culture, media and sports; James Heappey, undersecretary of defense; Nicola Sturgeon, first minister of Scotland; and Suella Braverman, attorney general for England and Wales.

The Foreign Ministry said these individuals seek to foster a negative attitude toward Russia. The ministry said more British politicians and parliamentarians "who contribute to whipping up anti-Russian hysteria" will be added to the list.
