April 1 to Dec. 31, 2020, and the 2% additional ad hoc incentive for exports made Jan. 1 to March 31, 2020, the final date to apply for the program was moved from Feb. 28 to April 30. For ROSCTL exports made during March 7 to Dec. 31, 2020, and ROSL exports made up to March 6, 2019, the deadline to apply was moved from Feb. 28 to March 15.
