Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.

“The Eastern Partnership Trade Helpdesk will help to strengthen trade ties with this important region," EU Trade Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis said. "The region as a whole is one of the EU's top 10 trading partners, and the EU is by far their biggest trading partner, accounting for almost one third of all their trade. This initiative will further open opportunities for EU companies, notably [small and medium-size enterprises (SMEs)], and will also contribute more broadly to strengthening trade and investment with Eastern Partnership countries.”

The helpdesk has three mandates: identify the most promising markets and products to trade in between the two blocs, provide inquirers with an overview of the market access conditions needed to comply with to trade in a given market, and liaise between traders and local agencies to ensure all requirements and procedures are met.
