The biggest award ($95.3 million) went to a project by Northern Shenandoah Valley Regional Commission and All Points Broadband. West Piedmont Planning District Commission and RiverStreet Networks got $87 million and Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission and Firefly got $79 million.
