Representatives from Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Belize, the Bahamas, Dominica, the Dominican Republic, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, St. Christopher and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, and the U.K. attended the meeting.
