- CUSMA textile/apparel TPL utilization. The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade updated the 2021 Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement textile and apparel tariff preference level utilization rate for imports and exports. CUSMA is known as USMCA in the U.S.
- Product Recalls: SkyWiseWin unicorn necklaces for children manufactured in China recalled, for cadmium in excess of allowable limits; Black Diamond Log Splitter with Briggs & Stratton engine manufactured in the United States recalled, for injury hazard; Shepherd Boy with Staff toy manufactured in China recalled, for laceration hazard; Swiss Fire Gel fondue fuel paste manufactured in the Czech Republic recalled, for fire and burn hazards.
