- CBSA issues statement of reasons concerning the preliminary determination for wheat gluten. The Canada Border Services Agency issued its Statement of Reasons Jan. 7 concerning its preliminary determination with respect to the dumping of certain wheat gluten originating in or exported from Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Lithuania. CBSA made its preliminary determination Dec. 23 regarding the dumping of the subject goods, and provisional duty was imposed on imports of dumped goods.
- Product Recall: Frontier Rotary Tillers manufactured in the United States recalled, for entanglement hazard.
