Mirror Metals Inc., challenging the assessment of Section 232 tariffs on its entries of steel products, as well as Commerce's denials of its requests for exclusions from the tariffs. #20-3801. Filed Oct. 27.
Shenzhen Sungold Solar Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from China covering entries in 2017-18. #20-03802. Filed Oct. 27.
Kent Displays Inc., on the classification of an e-writer device. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9013.80.7000 (free), with Section 301 tariffs assessed under subheading 9903.88.01 (25%). Kent Displays agrees the merchandise is classifiable under subheading 9013.80.7000 (free) but says it is excluded from Section 301 tariffs under subheading 9903.88.19 (free). #20-03803. JA Solar Technology Yangzhou Co., Ltd., Shanghai JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd., and JingAo Solar Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from China covering entries in 2017-18. #20-03804. Filed Oct. 28.
Conrad Sales Group LLC, doing business as Bay Hill Seafood Sales LLC, on the classification of frozen tilapia filets. CBP said the merchandise is subject to Section 301 tariffs under subheading 9903.88.03 (25%). Conrad says the merchandise is excluded from Section 301 tariffs under subheading 9903.88.43 (free). #20-03807. Filed Oct. 29.
United States Steel Corporation, challenging Commerce's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on hot-rolled steel flat products from Australia covering entries in 2017-18. #20-03815. Filed Oct. 30.
Pro-Com Products Inc., on the classification of nonelectric and self-balancing electric scooters. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8711.60.00 (free) or 8711.90.01 (free), with Section 301 tariffs assessed under subheading 9903.88.02 (25%). Pro-Com says the merchandise is classifiable under subheading 9503.00.00 (free) or 8711.60.00 (free), and is excluded from Section 301 tariffs under subheading 9903.88.17 (free). #20-03817.
