3BTech, on the classification of wheeled toys. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8711.60.00 (free) or 8711.90.01 (free), with Section 301 tariffs assessed per 9903.88.02 (25%). 3BTech says the merchandise is classifiable under subheading 9503.00.00 (free) or 8711.60.00 (free), and is excluded from Section 301 tariffs per 9903.88.17. #20-03729. Risen Energy Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department’s final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from China covering entries in 2017-18. #20-03743. Filed Oct. 9.
Incase Design, on the classification of high-speed mini car chargers with a lightning to USB connector. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8504.40.9550 (1.5%). Incase says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8504.40.8500 (free). #20-03744. Filed Oct. 9.
