Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Sept. 21-27:
Confederacion de Asociaciones Agricolas del Estado de Sinaloa, A.C.; Consejo Agricola de Baja California, A.C.; Asociacion Mexicana de Horticultura Protegida, A.C.; Asociacion de Productores de Hortalizas del Yaqui y Mayo; and Sistema Producto Tomate, appealing a July 7 CIT decision dismissing their challenge to the Commerce Department's decision to withdraw from a suspension agreement on antidumping duties on fresh tomatoes from Mexico and continue its AD duty investigation, as well as its final determination in that investigation. #20-2299, -2300.
