Lockhart Textiles, appealing a May 29 CIT decision that found women’s trousers it imported that are made from a yarn that includes metal nanopowders are classifiable as trousers of synthetic fibers, rather than of “other textile materials” (see 2005290055). #20-2088. Opened July 28.
