O’Rielly’s suggested policy includes education efforts for building owners, advertisers, political candidates, concert promoters, equipment manufacturers and “those entities that may knowingly or unknowingly assist pirate radio operations in any capacity.” They “should be on notice that facilitating pirate radio broadcasting will not be tolerated, and may be subject to enforcement or legal actions, as permitted under law,” O’Rielly said.
