China Certain Helical Spring Lock Washers: Final Results of AD Administrative Review
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of certain helical spring lock washers from China (A-570-822) for the period of October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008.

(a) For merchandise exported by manufacturers or exporters not covered in this review but covered in the original AD investigation or a previous review, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the most recent rate published in the final determination or final results for which the manufacturer or exporter received an individual rate;
(b) If the exporter is not a firm covered in this review, a prior review, or the original investigation, but the manufacturer is, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the manufacturer of the merchandise;
(c) For all other China exporters, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate established in the final results of this review which is 128.63%; and
(d) The AD duty cash deposit rate for any non-China exporter of subject merchandise from China will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that exporter.
Assessment Instructions
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after May 27, 2010. The ITA has calculated importer-or customer-specific duty assessment rates for subject merchandise.
