AD: Vietnam Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags
The International Trade Administration is issuing an antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags (PRCBs) from Vietnam (A-552-806).

AD Liquidation and Refund Instructions
Because the International Trade Commission's final injury determination is based on the threat of material injury, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to terminate the AD suspension of liquidation for entries of PRCBs from Vietnam with time of entry prior to April 30, 2010 (the publication date of the ITC’s final injury determination).
The ITA will also instruct CBP to refund any cash deposits made and release any bonds posted from November 3, 2009 through April 29, 2010.
AD Suspension of Liquidation Reinstated April 30
Suspension of liquidation is reinstated for all entries of PRCBs from Vietnam with a time of entry on or after April 30, 2010.
AD Cash Deposit Requirements
The ITA will direct CBP to collect cash deposits on all unliquidated entries of PRCBs from Vietnam for the manufacturer/exporter combinations below, with a time of entry on or after April 30, 2010, at the following AD duty rates (which are unchanged from the final determination):
